Yeah! Thanks for sponsoring my ride!

I've tried to make this as easy as possible for you, so look over the options below and choose which one works for you. Note that your pledge is tax deductible!

There are three ways to make your pledge. In all three cases, your pledge amount will be associated with my rider number and help me meet my goal. However, I won't know who sponsored me. If you want me to know, send me an e-mail!

Option 1: Easiest! Send me an e-mail at kristin_barker@intuit.com with your US mail address and I'll mail you a pledge form (with my rider number already on it). You can then fill it out and send into the pledge office.

Option 2: Go to the San Francisco AIDS Ride pledge web page where you can enter in your credit card number and pledge amount over the web. My rider number, 3349, is pre-filled on the form, so your pledge will be associated with me. Don't worry, it is secure! This option requires you to use your credit card to pay the full amount of your pledge, so if you want to pay by check or split your payment over several months, you should choose either of the other two options.

Option 3: You can view the pledge form in PDF format, print it out and mail it in. To use this option, you must include my Rider Number, 3349, on the form.

If you've never downloaded a PDF file before, you may want to choose another option, just to save time. Otherwise, you'll need the Adobe Acrobat reader, so if you don't have that, click here to download it. Then come back here and click on pledge form to get the form.
