Dan the Man
	By now, it probably sounds like everything about the AIDS Ride is wonderful, fantastic, etc. Well not quite. This is Dan Palotta, founder and CEO of Palotta Team Works, the producers of the AIDS Rides (and a host of other events including the Avon 3-day Walks for Breast Cancer). It's truly wonderful how much money these events send to such important causes, though the cut that Palotta Team Works takes is sometimes controversial. But Dan himself, ohmygosh, is unquestionably too much. He seems to fancy himself a Bruce Springstien/Tony Robbins kind of persona and simply pushes himself and his events too hard. I felt constantly sold to. He plays a great game, he just needs to get his big self out of it.
