If the pictures in my site are taking painfully long to show up in your browser, I have a solution for you.

The reason the images are taking so long is your connection speed (dial-up at around 28.8 kps). Instead of waiting for every page to show up, you can download the site to your computer (which will take a little while), then view it. When you're done, you can remove it.

You'll need a program to handle .zip files; most folks have WinZip. If you don't have one, click here to download that. If you don't know, you can continue and see if it works.

To view the site, here's all you need to do:

1) Download the site.
Click here to begin the download. In the subsequent dialog, select "run this program from its current location." Click "Yes" or "OK" on the subsequent dialogues. WinZip will start and suggest that you extract the files to "C:\CAR8". It's easiest if you just accept the default directory, "C:\CAR8" and click "Unzip."

2) View the site.
Click here to launch the site (C:\CAR8\index.htm). Now you can proceed through viewing the web site. It will be lightening fast!

3) Remove the site.
Unless you love my site so much you want to keep it forever, from your desktop, open up "My Computer", double click on your "C:" drive, select the folder "CAR8" and delete it.
