	Janet and I made regular use of the sports medicine tent, shown here at the lunch pit, me for a right hamstring and she for a left quad. James at introduced us to this miracle stuff called "Atomic Balm" which is like Ben Gay on steroids. We also discovered the Zen of stretching at every stop: make it hurt so it don't hurt.
