wasn't much interesting in terms of scenery on Day 7 so we skip
to the end because it's all about this moment. Here's Janet, still
smiling, crossing the unofficial finish line (into the L.A. Coliseum
parking lot) after riding 583 miles. At this point, there's a lot of milling about as the rest of the riders come in. Once everyone is assembled, we'll don our California AIDS Ride 8 T-shirts and cross the official finish line. Damn, we did it. |
