Strolling (slowly)
	We did manage to make it to downtown Santa Monica for a late afternoon lunch. We took a 5:20 return flight home out of LAX and touched down in San Jose at 6:30. What had taken 7 days by bike took 70 minutes by plane. It was rather shocking to be home so quickly.
